How does it work?

We’ve worked hard to make the process as easy as possible for you.

  • Order your repair:

    Select the relevant repair service(s) on our website and checkout. If you’re having trouble diagnosing the problem, feel free to contact us beforehand.

  • Send your device to us:

    You will receive an order confirmation e-mail with shipping instructions once you have completed checkout. Please print out or make a note of the order number and include it with your device. Send your protectively packaged device to our address using a suitable postal service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, which will insure your device up to £500. Once we receive your device you’ll get an email and text to let you know it’s arrived safely.

  • We repair & return your iPhone, iPad or iPod:

    We will repair your device, usually the same day as receiving it. We’ll also keep you up-to date with our order tracking page as the repair progresses and will email & text you with a tracking number once shipped.

 

How long will my repair take?

Most repairs will be completed and returned on the day we receive your device. Some services, such as water damage repair, will take longer and this is noted on the individual repair pages. We offer an optional express service for £6.00, where we will guarantee repair and send out your device the same day. If you require an even faster service or a call-out please contact us.

 

Are your repairs guaranteed?

All our repairs include our industry leading 365 day parts & labour warranty.

 

Can I keep my SIM card?

Absolutely. Please remove your SIM card from the device, we don’t need it to carry out our repairs. If you’ve lost the Apple supplied SIM tool, a paperclip will work great.

 

How should I send my device to you?

Please take care when sending in your device, we recommend wrapping your device in bubble wrap and a jiffy bag or box. Please do not use the iPhone box as it does not provide adequate protection, nor will it be returned.

 

My device or repair isn’t listed!

Don’t worry, we can almost certainly fix it but we may not have the parts in stock. Contact us beforehand so we can fix your device quickly.

 

What should I send you?

Please include a print out of your oder confirmation or a note of the order number to ensure the quickest turnaround time. We only need your device though, please don’t send accessories and you are welcome to keep your SIM card.

 Do you offer iPhone unlocking or jailbreaking services?

No, unfortunately we do not currently provide unlocking or jailbreaking services. In most cases the cheapest option is to contact your current mobile network provider.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, if you live within Europe we are able to provide our repair services to you. Please select international shipping at checkout. There is a flat fee of £7.50 which includes insurance. (Please note we are not able to offer our UK turnaround times to international customers, contact us for more information.)
